Hostplus members may receive default Death and Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance when they join us as a super member, without the need for medical checks or lengthy paperwork (subject to eligibility). Whether our members want general advice or comprehensive financial planning, we’re here to help. Our superannuation advisers and financial planners can support our members set and meet their retirement goals. Members can choose the convenience of a phone appointment, opt for a more personal approach with a face-to-face consultation, or DIY with our online advice tool. Hostplus members can access their account anywhere and anytime through our Member Online portal and mobile app. They can check their account balance, review the payments they’ve received, update their details, change investment options, review their insurance and make extra contributions.
