R&CA provides tailored workplace relations advice through our in-house specialist team. Members receive support with award interpretation, entitlements, and employment-related matters. You’ll also gain access to an online resource library featuring practical guidance on onboarding, performance management, and key HR functions to help ensure compliance and confidence in your business operations.

What training opportunities are available to members?

Through the R&CA Training Academy, members can access a wide range of accredited and non-accredited courses. Topics include food safety, customer service, leadership, and business management, all designed to upskill your team and enhance your business performance.

How can the Awards for Excellence benefit my business?

The Awards for Excellence provide national recognition for hospitality businesses that demonstrate outstanding quality and service. Being named a finalist or winner can significantly boost your reputation, build customer trust, and open up new opportunities for networking and growth within the industry.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Memberships are annual and require a 12-month commitment. Cancellations can only occur at the end of your membership period and must be submitted in writing. Please note that refunds are not available for early cancellations.

If my company operates multiple venues, do I need a separate membership for each one?

Yes. Each venue must hold an individual membership to ensure all staff have access to the full range of benefits, including workplace relations support, training opportunities, and exclusive member offers. Membership benefits are tied to the registered venue and cannot be shared across multiple locations.

As a current member, am I eligible for updated membership pricing?

Yes, we value your continued support and are pleased to honour any advertised membership pricing on renewal, available through our online platform only.

Can I transfer my membership to another business or venue?

Memberships may be transferred to a different venue or business, subject to R&CA’s terms and conditions. For more information, please contact our membership team

Can I update my membership details?

Yes. To update your business or contact details, please email membership@rca.asn.au and a team member will assist you.
