R&CA and Foodie Coaches launch NEW Hospitality Mentoring Series
Restaurant & Catering Association is proud to announce our newest Platinum Partner, Foodie Coaches, as the hospitality business coaching arm. Foodie Coaches have been a partner since 2020 working with us to help the hospitality industry navigate through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Foodie Coaches is recognised as Australia's number one Hospitality Business Coaching organisation.
This year R&CA welcomes Foodie Coaches with a new look partnership that will give our members the opportunity to access the expertise of the Foodie Coaches team through our NEW Hospitality Mentoring Series.
The Hospitality Mentoring Series will be a monthly session for hospitality business owners who are looking to revitalise their business and ensure they maximise the potential of their venue. Current Foodie Coaches members across the country know this well, and now R&CA is delighted to be able to bring these Monthly Mentoring Sessions to you, covering a different topic each month designed to help Australian hospitality business owners to thrive.
Foodie Coaches is changing the lives of Hospitality business owners across the country, in NZ, the UK, and now the USA. Their sessions are set to inspire, make you think outside the box, stretch your mind and above all, mentees will be invited to take control and make a difference in their own business and life.
Foodie Coaches will provide a year long mentoring programme for R&CA and Foodie Coaches members (non-members $50 plus GST) via monthly mentoring sessions.
R&CA is so excited to be able to offer our members across Australia access to the team of expert business coaches at Foodie Coaches who will be providing a years’ worth of hospitality specific coaching and mentoring to further strengthen our membership offering.
Tim Kummerfeld, Head Coach from Foodie Coaches said, "This new partnership could not have come at a better time.Foodie Coaches is excited to play a leading role in this journey alongside the peak industry body.”
Kummerfeld adds, “Becoming the business coaching arm of the Restaurant & Catering Association of Australia will allow us to reach more venue owners and make a wider impact on the industry and improve venue owners' profit and free time.
It's no longer acceptable for venue owners to be working long hours with little pay, and where employees are underpaid, there is so much opportunity in this industry it just doesn't need to be like this.”
Wes Lambert, CEO of Restaurant & Catering Australia said “The partnership will deliver much needed support to restaurants, cafes and caterers across Australia. The business support provided by Foodie Coaches will be invaluable to our wider membership who are going through one of the greatest resets our sector has ever experienced.
By being able to rely on experts from Foodie Coaches we hope that members can begin to build more sustainable and acceptable business practices and inevitably build more resilient and profitable businesses.”
Tim agrees and adds “You no longer need to be alone in your venue or in your business; the hospitality industry can be a very lonely place, but our partnership with R&CA now provides the platform where we can facilitate owners with owners sharing and growing their profits in a business.”
The Mentoring series is just one way you can access the incredible benefits of this partnership.
To launch the Hospitality Mentoring Series, Tim Kummerfeld and Wes Lambert will address the role of a hospo venue owner in a post covid world. As Australia begins to see the light and further restrictions are lifted, we will look at what to expect now that the dust begins to settle and where to focus your attention as an owner to take advantage of the opportunities that present themselves right now.’
